Hmm, worst senario could be compulsary licences, or how about a conjestion charge for the Solent

Yes, no doubt based upon the size of your outboard

This is just more eco BS. If the govenment really want to preserve the fish stocks, as suggested in the white paper (monitoring recreational fishing etc), they should just tell the foreign trawlers to Foxtrot Oscar
