I fell asleep on the couch and missed him

Just had Xmas dinner. Was a lovely piece of Lamb with all the trimmings.

Merry Xmas from sunny Mexico.
Went fishing yesterday; caught 20lb amberjack ( yellowtail) and a 30lb giant squid. Squid went back; man can those things fight. The yellowtail will provide the Sushi ( Hashami, to be correct) for boxing day lunch with Rice, Gari and wasabi.
Cheers.
LL.

Fantastic for Christmas Eve Haven't those squid got hooks on their suckers or am I talking about the bigger ones?

What are you having for Chrismas day? I'm guessing to hot for a roast?

No hooks on squid. These are Humbolt squid which can get up to about 50lbs in this area. Scarey, messy ( squirt water and ink) and bite. Considered a delicacy by the locals.
Having normal Xmas roast today. temp is about 65F.
