Metal suppliers - Hampshire

Can anyone recommend a metal supplier reasonably near Portsmouth that sells aluminium chequer plate. I don't need a very large piece; most probably an of-cut.

If you are not already sorted with Metal Supermarket, let me know what sort of size you are after as I have a few bits lying around.

Tim

In the past I've called in at Jordens scrap metal in Hilsea for small pieces.

A couple of quid cash usually sorts it.

What size are you looking for and how thick, measured on the plate not the bumps

I'm after a 3mm piece or there abouts (not fussy).

About 500x600mm or so. Doesn't need to be square; its going to be cut into an od shape. Theres beverage in it for a piece lying around!
