Microsoft Word on a mac

I am hoping someone on here will be able to help. I have to compile regular reports with images, the format they like is 4 image to an A4 page. I can go to Macros and click on 1/4 page pics but I cannot see anyway I can label the individual pics. I have also tried 1/4 page pics with caption and that does not make any difference either. Any advice or help would be great. Thank you Richard

I usually would just put in a 2x2 table then you can stick whatever text and graphic you want in each cell.

or 8x4 1 for picture , 1 for caption
