Moaning about weather justified

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/com...cle6828144.ece

I know it is a British pastime to moan about the weather and I have done more than my fair share but I didn't realise just how big a difference there was between Southern England and the rest of us.

The West Coast has had way too much rain these last 3 years. A truly stupid amount - normally we are used to heavy rain but not 30 days continuous in July for goodness sake!!!

Even in wet Swansea we can take no more - there have been a few landslides and even 2 houses have partially collapsed - because the ground is so sodden. Even the trees are starting to look ill as they just don't get any sunshine any more.

This has to be down to global warming - my Father lives in Portugal and they haven't had rain since March - drier places get drier and weyyer places get wetter.

The sooner they launch some cloud ships the better - £5 billion is quite cheap compared to all the other things they want to spend money on - and these MAY work!!!

Irionically the weather is lovely at the moment but it's too little too late.
