New Business Names - help please!!

"_______" Marine Services:
  • Safewater
  • Violet
  • Diamond
  • Echo
Violet and Diamond are local nav marks btw.

Safewater is the obvious one, logo won't need much thought (RW stripey buoy)

Violet sounds "gay" apparantly

Any views from the panel?

Nothing wrong with "gay", just ask Kerny Off to the bilges with you!

Quite like the sound of safewater though!

Seems to be favourite, not an issue locally but it is a common name nationally

look to see if you can get a domain! is my advice...I used my Initials as my company... so people could say where did you get that from they would say 'SPR'

I bought my domain 1996 hence I have a 3 letter domain!

Thanks Scott, I'm going for a local (.je) domain so there's no problems with that, they're all available

What's wrong with Martini Marine?

Carlsberg Marine - repairs the parts others cannot reach

Safewater is good though.

I agree with the former! People will remember it as opposed to your others.

(If Carling did boating..... )

Emsea Marine Services. www, emsea,je is memorable, but does need spelling every time.

As in MC. A shame Mike Charley sounds a bit odd.

I still think Right First Marine Service is good.

Unlimited Marine Solutions?

I wondered that too.

A pity 'Nobby Marine' would probably give the wrong image.

There were a few unrepeatable suggestions on Bacefook along those lines.

I once fancied 'Nauti-Torque' as a name for a boat.

Not sure it conjures up the image you want for your business though.

Are you going to design them yourself and just need a printer, or do you need someone to do the fancy bit too?
