Whether the video is real or not, is questioned in the comments. Regardless it is either an amazing stunt or an amazing bit of CG.

The first one is a FAKE!!!

The 2nd one is real enough - I would say it is far more down to brilliant driver skill than the type of vehicle he is driving - and by the sound of it that is no normal vehicle!!!
