could nt resist today...was down at the harbour today...it was a tad rough to go out...i had to take these...

A tad rough??
You dont know the meaning of the word!
These were taken a few years ago when I lived in Alderney.
The breakwater is 34foot high and these waves are 4 times the height of the wall. The spray drifts over the Harbour and well up Braye High Street, a quarter of a mile away.

And they want to build a marina right there
These waves are throwing several ton boulders over the breakwater as well
