Off topic- O2 network down

Hi thought I would share this, if you are trying to call anyone on the O2 network you may be having trouble as someone has nicked the gear

Nicked the gear??? blimey... my phone has been on and off for a couple of days,,,seems ok now though.

A few yearsback, I was staying in a hotel in watford, just after I check in, went up to my room, the power went off. So went down to find out why. They didnt know, so thought I would take a walk and get something to eat, but everywhere close by had its power off so settled for a sanwich... Couple of hours later went back to the hotel, and found out the reason why the power was off was because someone had nicked part of the substation and they were finding it hard to source the spare part late at night! The power remained off till about 2 am. On the plus side the hotel bar gave free booze all night (mainly because they didn't have a till and the guys working there couldn't do simple math!)
