Hi Ian,

From a very quick look it seems its the ability to view and edit Office Documents online without needing Office Installed on your Machine, the Documents are stored in Microsofts Cloud which is called SkyDrive

Cheers so is there a cost to use the cloud facility. Not sure I have quite got up to date on cloud facilities despite recent computer upgrades

Hi,

Ive not checked for SkyDrive (I can if you cant find it) but usually you will get X Amount of free space and then pay by the chunk of data if you exceed it, for example you may get 5GB FOC and then pay £xx for every 5GB after that.

RIBase
Or you could use libreoffice, a free alternative to Microsoft office http://www.libreoffice.org/

If you want you use the cloud you could use libreoffice with a free Dropbox account (2.25gb of free cloud storage that syncs with your PC, macintosh, or smartphone) http://www.dropbox.com
