Old girl for sale

Not a rib but this old girl was my son's late father in laws and were looking for a new home for her.

Selling this lovely authentic Miller Fifer boat which needs a bit of TLC (hence price drop from 12.5k). Built in St Monan's, Fife, this is an example of a classic motor sailer, She's been owned for 13 years in which time general upkeep and maintenance has been carried out. However, in the last few years due to personal reasons we have not been able to sail her (she has been kept in water and only brought out into dry dock for short periods of time) and she now needs some work to restore to former glory. Formerly docked in Anstruther marina and now at Bo'ness.
New sea toilet was fitted in 2014.
New upholstery done 2015.

TBH, for a microsecond it occurred to me too - but if you've met Jambo's good lady - you'd know who'd be posted the For Sale ad in that dynamic...

Good luck with the sale for the family Jambo. Fond memories of a very similar Fifer I spent a good few trips on as a kid... very solid traditional craft. Looks like yours has a higher cabin profile but otherwise very similar.

Here is a pic I took when aged about 10 borrowing dad's Ashai-Pentax in the mid 60s when the Fifer was being pulled out for overhaul.
