Just a "little" suspect. .. clock the good folks on the quay in photo's 5 and the last one... what are the odds of them being in exactly the same positions.. including gestures.. at two different times?

That crane on the tractor unit could have lifted the car and recovery truck together without breaking sweat. One of those HIABs will lift 40 tonnes....
