Outlook e-mail problem

Now then, I am using outlook for me e-mail. I have two accounts set up on it and when I click send and receive, it starts to do it's thing and then I get a error report. The type where it asks you to send a report back to Bill Gates.

Now if there aren't any messages there to download then there aint a problem, but when there is it all goes wrong. I am now having to resort to using the old outlook express which is a bit of a pain cos it aint got the calender function. (not to me knowledge anyway!!!)

All suggestions greatfully received, or will I have to send it back in a thousand bits to good old Bill

Do you have something unsent in your outbox? That can cause probs. If so delete it and see if everything ok. Always rather difficult when you can't see the probs for yourself. What EXACTLY is the error message?

Blah Blah is not very informative - then again usually neither are the Microcost error messages but you never know - once in a blue moon they may mean something!!! Copy and paste whatever it reports.

You could try disabling either of the accounts and see if that is causing it. if all esle fails it will prob need to be removed and installed - the joys of the stupid central reg!!!

Right set one mail account up on outlook express, and one on outlook. I can receive short messages on outlook no problem. However when I send a message with a picture attatched I get the error message on outlook

Going to bed now cos me brain hurts.
