Let JK know, if you haven't already. Anyone else?
I thought most boaters lived in the south. Some of us are travelling a hell of a long way to participate in the 'DM massacre', so surely a short trip for a days fun is manageable by some more wussies!
Is anything planned for Sunday?

'The DM Massacre'
Anymore?
13 RIBnetters, 5 PWCers and some bloke!
The weather forecast for next weekend is brilliant so it should be a great day out.
As a matter of interest, where are the 'bath tub' squad?

I would say that this being the first social glathering of the Rubber fetishists of the year , well apart from the previous three times. The it would strike me as an ideal way for the newer members of the Forum to meet more ribsters!

John,
Paintballistic website says the day starts at 09.00 to allow time for roll-call, mission briefing, weapon familiarisation, coffee etc. The actual shooting starts at 10.00. Do we aim to arrive at 9 or 10? - it would be a shame to miss an hour's shooting!

I would say turn up at 10 - that way you will miss the roll-call, mission briefing, weapon familiarisation, coffee etc. and not have a clue what is going on!

I negotiated a later start, as some people are coming quite a distance. They normally run from 09.00 to 16.00, but our day will start at 10.00 and finish at 17.00
So, like I said, be there for 10.00!
John

10 am arrival for a 10:45ish start. It'll be a nice relaxed day with a couple of hours of paintballing in the woods with a "picnic style" fish and chip meal. Soon as you have caught your breath and eaten your lunch we will crack on.
Please wear sturdy footwear and a long sleave top. The suits are warm and think but leave charcoal on your arms so dont wear anything too good....you''ll be getting dirty!
As for getting to the site. From the North head down the A3 past the town of Petersfield. About a mile past the Queen Elizabeth Country Park take the junction off signposted to Clanfield. The road comes back on itself accross the bridge over the A3. Turn left at the mini roundabout towards Clanfield. Follow the raod down into the village, past the pub that isnt there anymore (building site for the new one) row of shops on your left. Keep going on this road for about a mile and a half. After a while you will see a pub called the Bird in Hand. The Site is 150metres past this on the right, opposite a large house. Second gate not ABA Trucks.
My mobile is 07986069884, if you get lost, call me.
Final numbers ASAP on above number
See you soon
Andy

Paint for Amunition
Hi All,
Sorry everyone but due to personal circumstances I cannot make the day.
However, I will be in the "Bird-in-Hand" Pub at 5pm to meet anyone who has any energy or life left having been shot at all day. Have fun.
See you in the Bar
Regards

I'm really looking forward to it. I've never had an intelligent suit before. Have ye some big trees for hiding behind, Andy, because I'm a bit nervous around shooters ...?

For think read thick!
Lots of trees (as you would expect in woods) Armoured cars, Land Rovers, Barrels, Bunkers, Missiles, Watch towers etc etc etc etc.
Lots to hide behind but you'll still get shot to bits!

Are these particular trees indigenous to the South Coast areas?
