We took Cheesee out tonight and she is performing far better than last year.
The modification we have done to the transom both inside and outside to strengthen it at the same time as we raised it by 15 cm to enable us putting the 10 cm extension bracket than the lift, when mounting the engine on we realised we had to move the engine further back by 2 cm as the built in hydraulic steering on Verado would have broken off when lowering the lift.
It did worry me that putting on this extra weight and moving the engine that further back the waterline would be somewhat higher than it actualy came to, she only wen approx 1 cm deeper so not making any difference.
We took her back on shore and she will go back on water tomorrow morning and will be on the move until midnight tomorrow, so hopefully someone on the water will take some action pictures of her tomorrow.
By the way filled her up this morning and it cost 27.000,- Icelandic Kronur some 173 litres
worth every penny
