Piece of a warship

Saw this floating past this afternoon. Shows just how "modular" these new warships are. The bow and funnel have been constructed in Portsmouth. Everything on the bow has been finished right down to the guard rails. Presumably it's off to another ship yard to be welded to the other bits.

great innit , I bet the makers are waiting fingers crossed untill they know it fits the rest of the boat .

Are you sure it's not what our exalted leader has deemed to be sufficient for use as a ship by the Navy?
