Out in Fuerteventura, I've got wifi, I can surf the web, pick up & send email, use whatsapp, do everything apart from get onto RIBnet, I can't see anything on the forum since I left the UK last sat. Ive had an email to say I've a pm , but can't see it. The app won't refresh, I've shut down the app, logged in & out, nada! Could someone post on the forum & ask why. Cheers

Close all apps by clicking home button twice and sliding the apps uphill.
Go to Settings, Safari, Clear history/cookies.
Back to homepage.
Reset phone, hold down home and off button together until the apple logo re-appears.
Try load the app, if no good, close it by the above double home button click. Uninstall the app and re-install.
IIWY I'd log in via your browser and forget that bl@@dy app.
Oi! I'm back😄 the webpage allowed me to login, but then showed a "cannot connect to server" error. Tried clearing the cache etc, no joy.
.....sh1t happens.......
