Anyone know who uses this small red boat- captured spray painting Old Harry Rocks

The rocks survived 65.000.000 years of constant beating by the Sea, they will surivive a bit of red paint. Not like they've been dynamited or something... Still, not a very nice thing to do though!

We have to put up with enough crap like that day to day, I don't want to see it when out on the water regardless of how long the rocks have been there.

There can't be too many little red boat like that about so wont be hard to find.
