Powerboat 'experience' type trips

Hi, not strictly a rib question but a friend of mine has his birthday coming up and his girlfriend has just rung me as she wants to get him a ride in a pwerboat for his birthday and knowing that I am in to boats, she has foolishly come to me for advice

Now had she wanted to get him a day out on a cloth-engined boat it would have been simple but she wants it to be a powerboat (as in a 'hardboat' not a rib).

Does anyone out there either run, or have experience of any of these 'action experience' type gift days or similar. There are loads of people advertising such things but it is always better to go with a reccomendation if possible..

Keith

Hi Keith,

I'd reccomend giving Saber Powersports (http://www.saberpowersports.com/) a ring. I've worked for them on many occasions (As has Rogue Wave and a couple of others on here), and it sounds like they can probably provide just what you're after.

Cheers,

Jimbo
