QBE international Rugby

What a great win against the Aussies scrappy at times but we won.
Mike brown lifted the team real man of the match performance. Would of been a bigger margin if Owen had his kicking boots on, bring on the All Blacks

I thought it was dire. England will be destroyed by the ABs if they don't improve massively on that performance. :-/

By Steve James, Telegraph Rugby.

It was the victory that England so desperately craved at the start of these QBE internationals, but, in a fitful Test match that, frankly, was low in quality, it was only really remarkable for being achieved with so many parts of their game misfiring.

Maybe that can be put down to rustiness at the start of this series, and let us hope so, because in the first half England were quite simply dreadful. And that despite Australia being crucified on the penalty count in that period.

Clearly this guy is also a 'know nothing' f'kin idiot stuck in another era.

Probably lost on a numb nutted armchair jockey, but here goes...

The well-known sentiment by sports journalist Grantland Rice, that it's "not that you won or lost but how you played the game", and the modern Olympic creed expressed by its founder Pierre de Coubertin: "The most important thing... is not winning but taking part"
