Those boys still cut it. They turned the Fal into red, white and blue this eve. Brilliant.

They are great! They where at Blackpool a couple of weeks ago and Southport End of this month. Can't wait! Their flight path is right over my house though for the show and it scares the dog half to death!

The boat traffic all had to stop at 11.45, and it was quite eerie in a way, there was no wash from any boats, no engine noise, and all you could hear were voices and the seagulls.

Mate of mine is selling a great lens for you then mate. Canon 300mm Prime lens. Being a prime it gives allot better Image quality than a zoom, has IS the lot. Bit slow at f4 but still good. With the crop factor of the 450D sensor it would turn into a 480mm

You know your right, I was thinking of the price of the f2.8 IS. Thought it was going cheap. I'm out of touch
http://www.warehouseexpress.com/buy-...20300mm%20f2.8
Sorry cookee, glad you looked into it and didn't go for it. Going to go inform the guy now.

Just realised something Cookee.
Hi-Digital have a bad rep for items not turning up and prices suddenly gaining VAT
Import duties from B&H would strike the price up
And the same with Onestop all though Onestop do mark things up as gifts or damaged to try and get around import.
Just so you know in case you ever order from them.

Warehouseexpress.com list the price as £1178 but even then he's still asking to much for a S/H lens.

Mollers, sorry to take this OTT .

Nice pics - very very hard to get good shots of high speed jets . I cant wait for the Bournemouth shows in a week or so . I reckon the over water displays are the only chance to get proper close nowadays.

Just spoken to my Sis, she was rowing off of Dawlish last night and saw the Red Arrows returning to Cranwell. She wondered where they'd been.

Oscar with his heroes at Kemble.

After they flew at Kemble they walked over to meet their fans.

A nice bunch of lads and an inspiration for all the kids
