Renting in the Southampton area

Does anyone know of any 2 double bedroom houses/flats, with a garage and ample parking in the Southampton area for about £670pcm.

If so please let me know as looking to move out of the place I live at the moment.

Thanks!

Gray

You might be able to help me!

I've just bought a house, and completion was meant to be last friday, on the monday, I foudn out from my solictors that the vendors don't have building regulations for the garage they've built. I have paid all me fees out etc, and another months rent for the place i'm in... but now it looks as though we might not be able to complete at all!!

Ah well, structural engineers report should be in today, so have to see how it goes!

That is a typical situation and one that can be remedied. Dont worry about money as none of this would of been lost.

It will be quite easy to get the sellers to obtain a regularisation certificate from Building regulations, but this can be time consuming.

I am suprised whovever is acting for you did not pick this up earlier on in the transaction.
