Thing about neighbours, in fact people in general, is to treat them as you'd like to be treated if roles were reversed. However there are some right nobbers in this world and some of mine can hardly raise a smile when they're walking the dog or putting the bins out.
Must admit, I try and flush the Twatsoo as soon as I get back from a day's fishing. Frankly I think I'm the perfect neighbour!
