Jones didn't miss it, he didn't take the kick. He opted to run 5 yards into a sea of big blokes in blue shirts. And yeah, Wilko would've popped it over.

In the stadium the Frogs got booed a lot from the beginning - two things that everyone in NZ agrees on (and not just the Kiwis!) - that wasn't a sending off and the English team were a disgrace off the pitch!

Contrast that awsome AB performance with the English debacle. Decisive, structured, skilled and powerful. Southern dominance of the game is wider than ever. Is there any point in the French turning up?

I'll go 22-7 ABs, but won't be putting cash on it.

Anyone else??

I'd be a bit wider say 32-6 .... Its funny how it goes with this lark .. you just cant tell.. I mean it was odds on that Wales would hammer the French ? But the All Blacks are too mighty. I'm going for a rout

On paper it should be a stuffing. However, The ABs have acquired the 'King Choke' tag having gone into vitually every RWC since the the first one in '87, as firm favourites and only winning once, in '87.

The ABs have a tendency to peak too early and buckle to the pressure of home expectation. Also, France can be the ABs 'hoodoo' side, where as England go to jelly and roll over just before the Haka begins.

The power of the crowd shouldn't be underestimated, despite there being quite a few Aussies there the All Black fans totally drowned them out and the chants of All Black, All Black over and over was very powerful indeed - incredible feeling to be part of it all!

Not sure if it came across on TV or not, but it seemed that there was one Wallaby or another flat on his back for most of the match being patched up - it was brutal!

From your article Mollers

"The final has been ruined. If it is a dry Sunday, then the Southern hemisphere will run riot. "

I dont think the weather will be an issue .. but I'm a bit stunned by Marc Lievremont's remarks well.. I appreciate his honesty

*edit* See .. thats a good few posts and I havent even tried to take the pish out of the english?

Not ruined at all.

No.The Final of The Rugby World cup has'nt been ruined...HA!
Just the Tiny point of the Best performing, most consistant, disiplined(on and off the pitch) and attractive playing side in The Western Hemisphere,Won't be there!
Which was,..IS! surely the the point of the WHOLE Frigging execise!!.....Just because of a moment of Madness, and the ineptitude of yet another Diva,Lime-light seeking,Halfwit... 'Ref? 'Who's over-inflated opinion of himself, and Ego,did'nt even allow him to consult with the other officials,on a decision of such profound magnitude!
NO...NOT RUINED AT ALL.
Biggest wiining margin ever-ALL BLACKS by 20+!
That's Better.
