I didn't watch the game but talk about close, I believe James Hook kicked a penalty in the 14th minute that looked to have gone over, even though it sailed above the sticks but the touch judges did not award it. Rough justice if it did.

Yes felt for them as they did not go to TV Ref when there was doubt. Seemingly Barnes said as the TD had ran behind the post he would back his call. I certainly
Thought it was in and me a Scot too!

Here we go .. Ok so the Scotland win might not have been the most convincing .. but it was still a healthy enough margin .. and will the lads get time to sort themselves out and refine their 'mojo' ...no the next match to get played on Wednesday against Georgia will see only 4 of the original line up .. now you could argue that its because they need changed for the better, but hell,.. you need to know a bit about how the rest of your 'team' ... yes that was 'team' operates, to act as a .. 'team' doh ! .. well I hope they prove me wrong

First ever win over them in world cup history. A great achievement today and fantastic to watch, but what an appalling statistic.

I'd hope a N hemisphere team wins but A) it's unlikely and B) whilst I think that, it galls me that generally other N Hemisphere team's supporters would not support England over anyone.

poor performance by England, even at the end, too much flash passing, not looking lost us 2 more opportunities. As always way to many penalties, and silly mistakes in the contact area.

We and not going to beat Aus,SA, NZ,France,Ireland, or Wales playing like that......

Give 11 penalties away in the first half and many a better team would have been 20 odd points clear. Wasn't a great performance.

Yes but it was not a better team so lets be thankful and i,m sure when we do progress (and we will) these mistakes will be a thing of the past England can play a lot lot better you know it, i know it, they know it, We will be better when it counts

I hope so Tony. But with MJ down your neck at half time and afterwards, you would have thought they might think before hands in the ruck etc. Though our hooker suffered the consequences of his actions. Thompson is better anyway in my view.
