Riveting game...but still too many conceded penalties and too much kicking the ball away with no plan...if you don't have possession you can't score.
Can't knock Wales for having the resilience they showed and taking the one real opportunity they had
Not really an impressive England performance in the second half at all. Will need something a lot better v. Australia

England played in the same old way. 'Oh dear, I've got the ball, I know, I'll kick it up the field'.
It doesn't work & hasn't for a very long time.
The newest mini rugby player will tell you that if you haven't got the ball you can't score & that if you HAVE got it the opposition can't score.
Until England take that on board they will just continue to create problems for themselves & will come badly unstuck against teams that retain possession.

They Had a plan and pulled it off...just.
I don't think all the Welsh injuries/stoppages helped England a bit!...seemed to break up the pattern of the Game....and Gas off any pressure we applied.
Subs didn't improve things either 
Still....it's not over Yet! 
If England CAN raise it enough to do the Wallabies next week it will be a Heroic effort AND put them right back in the Mix!
Beating one or more Top S.H sides was always the big Hurdle to Glory anyway....

He does have a tendency to "over ref" a match.
I'm slightly disappointed in the score if I'm honest, I had high hopes for us.
We are still handling the ball like its a bar of soap though.
