Quiet on here...
Amazing how quiet it's gone. All the bluster and bombast seems to have drained away, like pus from a lanced boil.

Aye it's been quite a tournament .... I'm not really a follower of club games although they are becoming much more prominent these days .... And good job I say .. I should really get behind my local lads now and am more minded to do so than ever . I hate football so much for all it stands for , rugby and gentlemans brawn and brains is where it's at ... Pints on the stands.. Your bairns beside you, and no sectarianism ....thank god for that and long may it remain ever thus

Good luck to The Home Nations Today!
(And France..ouch..that Hurt!
As an aside I heard from someone close to the "Bath set up" Sam Burgess IS going back to League!....
A pity in my view, but who can blame him? Professional sport is just that.
...no real surprise in view of things..
Also that Bath Rugby has not paid one penny for his services! Which was a bit of a surprise..apparently England Rugby has footed the Bill for everything!
Which would explain a few things.

Just went out to grab some more beers from the shed and I can hear the pipes playing down in the village already.
Ironically it's an Irishman that'll be playing them.
