RYA membership
Is it my imagination or have RYA fees jumped over the last few years, I have this years renewal at £45 but I was sure I was payingno more that £30 recently, anyone know?

I think its your imagination. If you pay by dd its only 40. Same as last year, year before was 39 Iirc.

And well worth the money,got plenty of discounts and deals and they do sterling work for us,infact if it wasnt for these guys and girls we would be restricted to boating in the garden pond,but dont get me started on red tape man!!!

Yup Thanks in part to the efforts of the RYA, we are one of the least regulated boating communities in the "civilised" world. Especially in europe. I don't begrudge them their 40 quid a year along with the RNLIs £60.
