Severn Explorations gecko helmet again!
Well some of you may know I was struggling to get hold of Ryan at Severn Exlporations.
I sent a cheque for the helmet but never recvived it. The label apparently came off the package and it never got any further than Cardiff sorting office where his friend words, lucky eh!
Anyway he says I'll send it out again and you'll receive it by the end of the week. A week goes by and still no helmet. The only contact I have had with him was initial contact on here then on facebook, none of the numbers on his site work and he wasn't forthcoming with a new number. He never replied to PM's on here despite logging in.
Manage to get hold of him again and ask where it is, he said whats your address, told him and he said thats not the address I wrote down (kind of saying its my fault) anyway give him my address again and he sends it out again! I don't believe him and cancel the cheque which for some reason he never paid into his account.
I never received the helmet and then got told by a member he's gone bust.
Had a quick look and got a credit report and sure enough he went bust last month!
All in all avoid Ryan Hokins or any company that has anything to do with him like the plague.
