What? You're selling it already?

But you've only just got it. What was wrong with it?

I think we would all have been disapointed if you'd have had a photo, coz that would have gone some way to proving that you actually own this one. But true to form, it's looking like a figment of your very vivid imagination once again!

It does amaze me at times that for some one who posts as many photo's as you do, we only ever get to see the sad old family Falcon!

Is nothing wrong with the boat John but the family doesn't like it.

We need more space on the boat and although this one is huge compared with the Falcon we need a little bit more.
Also I cannot (could not) seem to be able to rectify this up and down thing this boat has (proposing you call it or something like that) moved the engine down and up but nothing seemed to work ........... and therefore, we made the decision to sell it and get something a little bit bigger (up to 9 mtrs max) with a tent in the front.
Any one's interested?

So you're telling us, that your constant deadrise foulcon runs nice n level in pitch at all time, but your new highly warped deadrise Scorpion suffers from porpoising!

poppycock!

I'm lost for words Manos.

You need to take a reality check!

I'll let you in on a secret, another RIBnet member and myself were talking a couple of days ago, and I predicted that before long, just as with the other completely fictitious boat, ('the Baja'), Manos would soon come up with a story about how the 8 metre Scorpion some how didn't meet his needs, and it would be sold, before any pics were taken, or anyone could call for proof, all the evidence gone, so to speak. Well I got a PM from that RIBnet member last night saying 'looks like you were right then'.

I totaly believe that Manos lives in a world of fantasy, in which he can, and does, have what ever he wants.

I'm sure tho' he's quite harmless.

Manos, get help!

JF

All this Manos.........

.....bashing is pissing me off. You know me, I'm always up for a good piss take and enjoy it even more when the favor is returned on me. Whilst I've never met Manos he appears a nice enough chap, he's chatty, about as well informed as most of us nobbers on here, he has a RIB, runs his own business and by all accounts has quite a few sea miles under his belt, so, I don't really understand why so many are so venomous against him.

Who has actually met Manos and who, if anyone has been to his place in Greece ?

As you all probably know Mr Fuller is on my ignor list.

HOWEVER, since Mr Rat is kindly copying his messages on his replys I would like to point out to you to look at one of my replies on this thread. Unfortunately there were no takers

Finally, I have not offended any one and I expect the same in return (Mr Fuller included). I can be offenssive too if I want to Sir (in a Greek way) but I choose not to

PS Thanks MeMe. No unfortunately no one from this forum has come to see me in Greece as most probably they cannot afford it any way. Although I had people from France, Germany, Italy and Greece. I have met up with a very few people (I chose who I meet ) such the Jakeens, Richard and Louise, Chrisalse and family, John Brooks and a few more and some others that are not frequenting this forum any more (got fed up is what they said). But why on earth I have to give an explanation as to who I met and what I do. The holiday place is there, the RIBs are there so any one who wants to come is very welcome. The only hitch is that is not a freebe is a business (although I'm luccky enough to have it as a hobby) and you need to pay for it

Well said Meme, thankfully there is room for everyone on Ribnet unlike some dictator lead forums. John, get a life.

I've got one thanks Pete, difference is, mine is real, not terribly flamboyant or exciting, but real.

MeMe, the reason I feel the need to 'knock' Manos, is that I take it as an insult to my intellegence when he feeds all this 'Bull' to the forum, expecting people, or at least me, to believe a single word!

Mebbe you should have been around for the famous Baja thread!

'Jackanory'

I think the answer is "Not many people" to both the questions

And

I dont think any of us can go on about real world & fantasy land as we all seem to live in this "forum land"
