The 257ft super yacht Amaryllis was built by German boat builders Abeking & Rasmussen for a cost in excess of £100million and has been undergoing sea trials since September. Her owner has yet to be identified, with the boats builders remaining tight lipped due to confidentiality clauses in the build contract. The yacht is believed to be stopping in Portsmouth on her way to her new home in the Caribbean where she is registered in George town, Gran cayman. The Amaryllis has three sister ships built by the same yard in Germany Eminence, C2 and Titan.
