Steve jobs dared to be different, that included his design for a yacht. Why does everything have to be similar to what others have. Just take a walk past sunseeker in Poole where there is little variance in every single boat produced, yet they are sold as custom motor yachts!!!

They're custom Bumsqueekers, so there's a common base no matter what you do with the layout - that's fair.
Steve was special/different. He also had the ability to be wrong - he admitted that he should have trusted the medical profession to treat his cancer instead of initially resorting to herbal remedies and the like. There's a very good chance he'd still be with us if he hadn't.
I think he got the yacht's "look" wrong too, but I fully respect a man's right to build whatever boat he wants. That's what they should be - whatever you want...

Quote: Mr Jobs died of pancreatic cancer in 2011 and never saw his boat go to sea.
I reckon that bit's really sad

Hmmm... Not the best looking of vessels.
Don't know about "Venus",...... I'm thinking more "Uranus" :-)
Mind you i hated the look of the BMW 1 series when it came out and that's grown on me...

The iMacs look smart from inside though
Don't like the boat as a whole, Leander G is the prettiest superyacht I think

Would have thought they might have found a better way to hide the network cable than trailing it across the floor . So are those mac screens sunlight readable then?

Anything (even Venus) moored up alongside this one would look pretty good....
Just goes to show that all the money in the world cant buy you taste...

The ergonomics on the bridge!?.... why would anyone like to design a bridge this way ..but guess it was never intended to leave moorings anyway.

Assuming I could afford the fuel bill, I've always had a thing for Brave Challenger since I was a kid:

What was this all about?
The boat has led a very complex life ownership wise.
