Ignore the long words the video does open--Greek rescue service for sinking superyacht- Not sure when this happened but at least despite the mess of the finances they still turn out to rescue.

What would cause the boat to go down like that, do these gin palaces not have backup generators/pumps/propulsion etc and experienced crew on board?

Seriously though maybe a stabiliser ripped off? Supposed to break away but don't always.
