Surround Sound headphones

Has anyone any experience with Wireless/Infra Red surround sound headphones for watching movies.

In particular I'm looking at purchasing a set of Sony MDR-DS3000K Wireless Infra Red Headphones and wondered if anyone has any experience of these. I have read that the Infra Red H/Phones have little or no background hiss compared to wireless ones.

I shall be using them with Sky HD and would also like to use them with Blu Ray and HD DVD when it comes down in price.

I recently bought the BOSE quiet comfort 3 on ear headphones, they were ok, but.. werent as good as a friends ones that I tried... so I sent them back on got the quiet comfort 2's, they have amazing sound quality, as to be expected from bose, and they have the noise cancelling too, which is the best around, well I havent heard better.

Although they arent surround sound, they are amazing sound, full bass, mid and high - would find it hard to beat.

I also bought the in ear headphones that they do, again amazing soudn quality, can understand the high price!
