Funny how areas get changed about over the years , When i started work in the dispatch office they had an old map on the wall with all the old countys marked , Isle of Axholme was always a good test
(think it used to be England's smallest county ) Classic trick for new start office staff was for a driver to phone up & say that he was on Canvey island & needed customs clearance .
Surprising how many 16 year olds thought it was part of the Canary islands ?
