Yeah and the shooting is going to be very confused what with Ribsters having a go at hardboaters, NWRibsters having a go at Southerners, perhaps gArf showin up (you forgot him Mr. K) and having a go at anyone at all and me & other scaredy cats hiding behind a tree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The more the merrier! Seeing as none of the real BoatMad crowd (as opposed to RIBnet interlopers) seem to be up for the challenge, perhaps we'll have RIBs vs skis!

If gArf shows up I think we'll all be hiding behind trees

Get your chequebooks out!

OK it's time for a bit of action! Get your chequebooks out and send me some money

£10 per person deposit please, payable to John Kennett. Send your cheques to me (with a note saying who you are if it isn't obvious) at

58 Rutland Road
Hove
BN3 5FE

The balance of £25 will be payable on the day (includes everything -- overalls, guns, 500 loverly paintballs and even lunch!)

Everyone welcome, even jetskiers and people from BoatMad -- if there are any real people there

John

John,

Any chance of bank detials so us lasy desk-bound people don't have to (a) dig through a dusty pile of antiques to find the cheque book and (b) get off our fat arses and walk to the post box?

And on a complete tangent, could you enlighten me as to the code that displays 'RIBnet' yet links to the correct line, i only know how to do the {URL} {/URL} type thing.

Remind me to give you a tenner Friday John.

What time of day are we planning on starting this little battle ?

I guess its about 2.5 hrs drive for me so would like some idea of whats planned so I can decide on wether there is a need / desire to stay over somewhere.

Anybody else travelling and staying over for the weekend ?

It normally runs from 9am to 4pm, but we may be able to shift it a bit if necessary. If you're coming a long way then staying over would be a good idea -- there are lots of B&Bs in the area, or you might still be able to bag a space on the Jackeens' sofa!

Would be no problem in shifting the times to suit. Either have fewer breaks or run later, up to you guys.

I am sure that anyone travelling up or down is welcome in a few of our houses. Also if you are bringing your boats to make a weekend of it you are welcome to leave em and launch from our yard

What is strange that down on the solent we have more Ribs per head then anywhere else in the UK, but most are comming from the NWribsters.

SO COME ON a few more from down south or our southern soft arse will be kicked big time

are the NWribsters correct and we're all softies (well most anyway) down south.

Also interesting is that of the list of people who have paid only 4 have RIBs, and one of those is a "Med Style RIB" at that .

Maybe we should have RIB owners vs Wanna-B RIB owners
