Your intrepid reporter, dragged himself early today from his warm pit, donned oilies and struggled valiantly and selflessly through wave and storm to bring you this exciting photograph.
It is of the Russian sail-training ship "Sedov"- bit of a rust bucket close-up I have to admit, but looks lovely out in Torbay, from a distance.
It looks like it is going to be there for a few days yet, so anybody in the area........................?
The Sedov is coming to Milford Haven (into the docks ) this coming Friday..... myself and a few others are planning to meet her 20 miles or so offshore in the hope she'll be under sail - will get a load of pics then, but not close up if she hasn't been painted
