I read the sad news on another forum about a famed hardboater who damaged his digit during the DR cruise.

He is blaming the skipper of a Gemini RIB

Let the individual be assured that he in fact is in credit to the tune of two good digits (at the very least).

He received one from the same skipper as he was steaming down the Medina during Cowes Powerboating weekend.

And two on his return voyage.

Messrs Sue, Grabit and Fleece are happy to waive charges for the service.

When you say "famed" wot for ? thought he was a retired speedboat racer who now breeds wipets. Still must wish him well in his retirement, perhaps a knitted cardigan for Xmas might go down well.

Drove through Shepperton the other day and saw this outside one house, wonder if he is turning into a bit of a Victor Meldrew
