Trafalgar celebrations

What is happening on Trafalgar day in the Portsmouth. I've heard rumours of huge celebrations but there doesn't seem to be that much information about where/when. Is there going to be any sort of RIBnet celebration. Anyone going to be boating over that weekend, maybe seeing the fireworks?
