There is nothing either slanderous or defamatory in the previous posts. Facts always defeat such a claim.

Perhaps one of the previously elusive Mr Timewells could let us know if he is going to sort out the issues from the previous posters who have had their days ruined?

Hi Guys,

I would just like to clarify (on the back of Edwin Timewells email - who is clearly a family member) that over 15 people have been in touch with me regarding Mr Timewell, so these are not false allegations in the slightest, and that the original author (which I assume is me) has not been contacted at all.
