These are great! I bought a 30ltr waterproof backpack from them a while back. However after about 1 and a half months the seam had a 1 inch tear in it Luckily rung them up, sent them a photo & they sent me a brand new one free of charge & i got to keep the old one! Now use one for college & the waterproof one on the water
