Way too hot

Why can't we just have normal weather? Either too hot or too cold.

Just been having a play with my hand held point and shoot infrared gun thing. It is calibrated and very accurate.

34C - 93F in the shade(what shade).

Tarmac road - 64C - 147 F

Side of my Discovery - 82C - 180F

That is pretty warm by most people's standards.

Well you run a very fuel inefficient vehicle, you have a large outboard engine on your boat so clearly are contributing more than you fair share to global warming. Maybe you are reaping what you have sown?

Let me guess - you use it in conjunction with your night vision goggles on nocturnal sheep forays?

Heck I forgot about that… had better pop down tonight and let some air out….

OR

Dip them in the water and see if that helps cool them off….

But that would mean running the motor and making the whole situation worse, if the greens are to believed.

I drive a hideously fuel inefficient vehicle like the Codders, as I'm not vain I dont bother ironing this saves energy. I have a few other things like this that redress the balance environmentally.

Or I could buy a an economic motro then move 50 or so miles away and commute, I'd probably go into meetings clutching a bottle of mineral water and then take up golf .....my god is this how it starts!

I always wondered about mineral water - the average office nobba clutches what 250ml to 500ml bottle? so what would the average hot climate business man ....hold on lads I'll just park the bowser up!

Brocoli thats good for you but you dont see middle management munching on that halfway a powerpoint now do you?
