Had an interesting experience with these guys. Their TV advert says they 'pay you the value of your car if its in the condition you say it is ' ... I'm thinking of writing to the ASA as that statement is complete bollox ... as It happens I came out quite well .. infact .. I think I broke their internet algorithm

.. anyone else had any experience ?

No but always wondered if they lived up to their advert or was it a load of piss!!

As it happens yes ... I'd recommend them to anyone i got 6300 for O2 reg defender I'd have sold it private for 5500

It is a load of bull. I contacted theme got a price based on info given, they then asked for photos and agreed it was as described but had to wait for a call back to arrange payment and collection and only at that point did they tell me that their offer was half the original offer and was based on a computer generated offer. The offer was only just above scrap value for a vehicle with 7 months mot and six months tax and running well. Waste of time. Put it on e bay and sold it in 1 day for more than the we buy any car original offer. Don't bother wasting your time

I sold my old Octavia for about a grand more privately than they offered me and to be honest could have got more (I hate selling cars and just wanted a quick sale). I now just get regular annoying emails.

I did alright with them, got rid of my Audi A4 Quattro and they tried to knock me down on price but said i said it didn't matter and walked away, when I got in the car to drive away they phoned me and asked me back. Deal was done and we were all happy.

It's all done off computers that's the problem.
