Kinnegar Brewery - just up the beach and round the bend from the willkcraft's mooring. These guys are probably the best craft brewery in Ireland - the Specials are just that but the everyday offerings are exceptional. Good find. Expect to hear more from them as they have just expanded the brewing operation five-fold.

Home made sloe gin I bottled a couple of weeks ago, made with the autumn 2015 sloe crop and has been on the fruit ever since, somewhat delicious!
