I saw him a while back and we were booked to go and see him at Hazelwood house, gig cancelled and he died shortly after... very sad, an inspirational man.

'Falling in love again' by Eagle Eye Cherry 'coz a superb outfit called the 'Snow Dogs' did a version of it in a bar in Bansko last week when we over there skiing. Check 'em out on You Tube or if you're out there.

Been hooked on watching/listening to Melanie since New Years Eve which just have turned 20 year old and can´t wait to get their CD by post. A family band from Switzerland.

Don´t think I have heard any song with them.. at least not whole one... Jón Baldur my older one likes them....
Well scenery over here can occasionally be breathtaking... although as native person I tend to overlook what visitors likes... anyway only part I haven´t been to in UK is your part... I am told I am missing a lot... hopefully Cornwall one day..

p.s.
Still listening to Melanie and here is another youtube same Jodel but different time and place

And it's got even better now because I can use my N800 as an internet radio, and plug it into the hifi
Is anyone here using Pandora Radio? It's a "personalized internet radio service that helps you find new music based on your old and current favorites". Just started playing with it and it's very cool!

Nuffin at all-good vinyl sounds far better on a high end system than a CD.
The Specials-Ghost Town is playing at the mo, about to go into Muse-Black Holes and Revelations via Jimi Hendrix playing Day Tripper with the Beatles.
