What's on Portsmouth 28/29 June?

Apart from the round IoW trip what's happening in the Southampton / Portsmouth area on 28/29 June?

We've been looking for overnight accommodation on the Sat night but have found everywhere in a 20 mile radius is of Warsash / Fareham booked up already.

May need a different plan - not got a problem with this, but curious as to what's taken up so much accommodation so early.

This is a common theme for me...

I've tried to find Sat night accommodation for just me and the Leader of the Opposition on two occasions in recent months - once with a six month lead time and another with just 5 days but on both occasions, absolutely no chance within twenty miles of Bristol (collecting boat from Matt H) and 10 miles of Lincoln.

As she said to me when I'd wasted an hour online and phoning: 'good job we're in a recession otherwise we'd have no chance'

Priceless.
