What's this EBay scam?

1222 items for sale some with bid ? Must be a billionaire selling up . I suppose they only need the odd payment to go through for it to pay off.

It must be worth there effort ! Theses scam adverts in this format where they hack into a genuine sellers eBay account have been going on for a few years! The scammers will gladly accept a small deposit on 1222 high end items.

I just hope nobody falls for this type of scam. I've made the effort to report all the scam listings to eBay, however it seems relentless !!

Another to watch out for, if you bid he ends the listing and asks for a deposit via bank transfer saying his wife will deliver it...

Refuses cash on collection or gives false address.

I managed to get Negative feedback onto his last account but he's started a new account.

Lots of boat, Car, caravan, 4x4 etc scammers out there. They are creating classified adds on eBay, Facebook market place etc
