Whats this track called

Heard the very end of a track on the radio today I'd not heard in years and can't remember the name of the track or group.

It starts off with a Siren, and although I didn't hear them today I believe the lyrics went along the lines of 'Doctoring(in) the Tardis although I could be wrong.

Seam to remember the video had a load of guys in a 80s american squad car tearing round the countryside.

Can anyone help me remember what it was called?

Thank for that, but I'd be really surprised if what I'm thinking of is by them.

It was more dance/Rave than Rap.

I have it somewhere...

Even wierder is I've just realised that video was filmed on the hillside overlooking where I work,I was on the old airfield recently and I have a feeling I know where that car is too...
