RIBase
I dive, and teach diving. I train swimmers and swim coaches, run first aid and lifeguard courses, asses lifeguard and first aid trainers and some times get to go canoeing.

I carry a pager for the fire service as I'm retained, as part of that we run a medical team so have an ambulance pager too.

Mix into that a full time job and two kids - its busy.

Oh and I have a shotgun, little village, blond daughter - nuff said

For me pretty much work & work ...... BUT have wonderful family and quite happy being able to support their talents and interests at weekends, and able to fund a rib and time on the water.....makes most of the work sh*t worthwhile - or tolerable - most of the time.
I appreciate I'm in a better position than most.
Although I'd like less of the work, I'd need to rebalance other things I can do if I had a less demanding job.
Work life balance - it's a bugger!
