Whos ship is this?

I am told that there is a warship moored about 5 miles out from Bournemouth Bay, towards The Needles.
It doesn't look British.
Anyone know anything about it?

Olly - don't rise to the bait........

.......Mr Fish originates from the other side (boatmad) however, he drifts over here from time to time just to throw the odd spanner in the works. He can be quite funny on occasion however, on the hole he's and a**e hole

Hey Eyeye,
You remember comparing Garfish to Arthur Mullard?
Well I reckon your not far off, I see Garfish mentioned doing deliveries and I'm sure he tipped a load of hardcore at my place today ( no, the stone variety!)
Really ugly he was, about six foot six, and that was just between the eyes!, his knuckles were just about dragging the ground. I asked ( politely ) if he could tip in a certain spot and after a long pause he said something like
" Don't be a Twatt yew Twatt" and off he went!
Could it have been?
